1.У зв’язку із приналежністю фізкультурно-оздоровчого комплексу школи, що знаходиться за адресою м. Маріуполь, вулиця Левченка, 10 до оператора системи розподілу ТОВ «ДТЕК ВИСОКОВОЛЬТНІ МЕРЕЖІ», сторони погодили вилучити цей об’єкт постачання із додатку 1 до заяви приєднання до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 2021/620 від 24.05.2021 та викласти Додаток 1 до заяви-приєднання до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу в редакції, що додається до цього додаткового договору. 2. Сторони погодили долучити до договору Додатку1 заяву-приєднання № 1.2 по об’єкту фізкультурно-оздоровчий комплекс школи, що знаходиться за адресою м. Маріуполь, вулиця Левченка, 10. Редакція заяви-приєднання № 1.2 додається до цього додаткового договору. 3. Сторони погодили доповнити комерційну пропозицію інформацією, про вартість послуг з розподілу оператора системи розподілу ТОВ «ДТЕК ВИСОКОВОЛЬТНІ МЕРЕЖІ»
