Зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більше, ніж на 10% у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі відповідно до ч.4 п.2 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII від 25.12.2015 року.
У додатковій угоді № 8 було допущено технічну помилку, а саме було прописано (вісім тисяч сто шістдесят вісім грн.857 коп), а потрібно - (вісім тисяч сто шістдесят вісім грн. 628 коп), тому виникла необхість внесення змін.
