Note:
Відповідно до норм ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі - Закон), ч.1 ст. 651, ст.ст. 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, відповідно до п.8.1., п.8.5., п.9.1. Договору № 0103216 від 01 березня 2021 року (далі – Договір), укладеного відповідно до закупівлі UA-2021-02-18-012864-b, Сторони дійшли згоди укласти Додаткову угоду в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору, а саме: 20 107,80 (двадцять тисяч сто сім грн. 80 коп.), без ПДВ, згідно Специфікації (Додаток №1, що є невід’ємною частиною Додаткової угоди).
