І. З метою проведення державної закупівлі Електричної енергії на 2018 рік, продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. ІІ. Виконання зобов’язань щодо закупівлі обсягу предмета закупівлі у межах 20 % залежатиме від затвердження видатків на початку року у встановленому порядку.

1.З метою проведення державної закупівлі Електричної енергії на 2018 рік, продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. 2. Сума 20 % Додаткової угоди становить: 165068.40 грн. 3. Обсяг постачання електричної енергії згідно даної додаткової угоди 66608 кВт/год. 4. Ця Додаткова угода поширює свою дію на відносини, що склалися між Сторонами з 01.01.2018р. і діє до моменту укладення нового Договору про закупівлю. 5. Дана Додаткова угода складена в 2 (двох) автентичних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, – по одному примірнику для кожної із Сторін.
