1.Викласти п.3.2 статті III «Ціна постачання природного газу» в наступній редакції:
« 3.2. Ціна газу становить 8250,00083 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ 1650,00017 грн., всього з ПДВ 9900,00010 грн.»
2. Всі інші положення Договору залишаються незмінними та обов’язковими для виконання Сторонами.
3. Дана угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної зі сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу, набуває чинності з моменту її підписання, поширює свою дію на відносини Сторін, що фактично склалися з 01.02.2021 року.

№ 41АB617-1158-20 від 30.12.2020р. про закупівлю природного газу, укладений між Постачальником та Споживачем.

3. Викласти п.3.4 частини ІІІ Договору у наступній редакції: «3.1. Вартість послуг, що надаються за даним договором встановлюється в національній валюті України та складає: , в тому числі ПДВ
4. З моменту набрання чинності цією Додатковою угодою зобов’язання Сторін, що виникли з Договору, припиняються, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення.
5. Дана Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу та набирає чинності з дати її підписання.
