Note:
У зв’язку з коливанням цін на ринку нафтопродуктів на АЗС України у бік збільшення, що підтверджується ціновими довідками Кременчуцького відділення Полтавської торгово-промислової палати України №365/04-22 від 26.10.2021 року та 366/04-22 від 26.10.2021 року, керуючись п.1, 2 ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару за Договором, до 10%, що не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної Договором, а також зменшити загальну кількість товару по Договору, у зв’язку з чим, вирішили внести зміни до Договору.
