Керуючись положеннями п. 2 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»,Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору: Викласти пп.3.2. пункту З ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ в наступній редакції: «3.2. Загальна сума Договору: 99 905,00 грн (дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот п’ять грн.00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ. Змінено обсяг закупівлі товару – зменшено на 125 літрів в зв’язку з підвищенням ціни за одиницю товару, а також зменшено суму договору на 55.00 грн.
