Ураховуючи лист Дніпропетровської торгівельно-промислової палати № 269/1 про рівень цін на АЗС на нафтопродукти в Дніпропетровській області та лист ПП «Мікс» від 22.11.2021 № 459 про зміну ціни за одиницю товару, уклали цю додаткову угоду (далі – Додаткова угода) про таке: 1.На підставі п.11.1, п. 11.2 Розділу 11 Договору № 05\11/21 від 12.11..2021, та керуючись п.2 ч. 4 ст.36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовились змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків із-за коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
