На підставі пункту 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» із змінами та доповненнями, у зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони погодили:
1. Зменшити суму Договору на суму 2020,67 грн.(Дві тисячі двадцять грн. 67 коп.).
2. У зв’язку із чим, п. 5.1. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Ціна цього договору на 2021 рік становить 99851,83 грн. (дев»яносто дев»ять тисяч вісімсот п»ятдесят одна грн.83 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 16641,97 грн. (шістнадцять тисяч шістсот сорок одна грн. 97 коп. Загальний обсяг постачання електроенергії становить 41658,05 кВт.год».
