На підставі підпункту 4 пункту 19 Особливостей, яким передбачено можливість змінити істотні умови договору про закупівлю після його підписання та до виконання зобов'язань сторонами в повному обсязі у випадку продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та/або строку виконання зобов'язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю №407л/25 від 24 січня 2025 р. про необхідність продовження строку виконання зобов'язань Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк дії Договору.
