Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – _цукор, не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору . Сторони домовились внести зміни в додаток №1 до договору 1/14 від 27.03.2020 року та змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків на придбання цукор а саме КЕКВ 2230 «Продукти харчування» (збільшити ціну до 18,75 грн. за 1 кг. цукор) та викласти в новій редакції, у зв’язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, зменьшити обсяг цукор на 77 кг.
