1. Сторони дійшли згоди п.3.1. розділу III. ЦІНА Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна Договору згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 108810,57 грн. (сто вісім тисяч вісімсот десять грн. 57 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 18135,10 грн. », в тому числі за рахунок бюджету 96721,92 грн. (дев’яносто шість тисяч сімсот двадцять одна грн. 92 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 16120,32 грн., за рахунок відшкодування орендарів 12088,65 грн. (дванадцять тисяч вісімдесят вісім грн. 65 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 2014,78 грн.
Вартість послуги з розподілу7 за 1 кВт*год. становить 2,46344 грн. (без ПДВ) з «01» жовтня 2025 р. по «31» грудня 2025 року (включно).»
2. Додаток №1 до Договору № 3 від 17.01.2025 р. викласти у новій зміненій редакції, який є невід’ємною частиною цієї додаткової угоди та Договору № 3 від 17.01.2025 р.
