1. У зв’язку із об’єктивними обставинами, що спричинили затримку виконання робіт по об’єкту будівництва (затримка фінансування витрат замовника), Сторони, керуючись пп 3.10, 10.2, п.п. 10.6.4. п.10.6 Договору та п.4 ч.4 ст.36 закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», вирішили продовжити строк дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт, а саме: - Пункт 2.1 Розділу 2. Термін та місце виконання робіт викласти в такій редакції: «2.1. Загальний термін виконання Робіт Підрядником за цим Договором - до 31.12.2020 з урахуванням вимог п.2.2., п.2.4., п.4.1.1.» Пункт 10.4 Розділу 10. Інші умови викласти в такій редакції: «10.4. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2020 року, а в частині не виконаних зобов'язань до моменту виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за цим Договором. У випадку затримки або перенесення бюджетного фінансування Замовника строки дії Договору можуть бути збільшені з обов`язковим узгодженням обома Сторонами та підписанням відповідних Додаткових угод.» - Пункт 11.1. та Додатки до Договору № 10 про закупівлю робіт від 23.11.2018 викласти в новій редакції. 2. Дана Додаткова угода з додатками являється невід’ємною частиною Договору № 10 про закупівлю робіт від 23.11.2018 і вступає в силу з моменту її підписання сторонами. 3. Всі інші умови Договору № 10 про закупівлю робіт від 23.11.2018 не змінені даною угодою, залишаються чинними у тій редакції, в якій вони викладені Сторонами раніше, і сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість для себе.
