У зв’язку зі зміною ТОВ «ЛЕО» вартості технічних умов на приєднання до електричних мереж, та прийняттям «Зміни № 3 до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-7:2013 «Правила визначення вартості проектно-вишукувальних робіт та експертизи проектної документації на будівництво», на підставі п. п. 9.2 та 12.4 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 11 від 18.10.2017 р. Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 11 від 18.10.2017 р.:
1. Вартість робіт за Договором на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 11 від 18.10.2017 р. збільшити на 84 146,81 грн. (вісімдесят чотири тисячі сто сорок шість гривен 81 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Пункт 2.1 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 11 від 18.10.2017 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«2.1. Загальна вартість робіт за Договором визначається Протоколом узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток № 1), який є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору, та складає – 138 384,08 (сто тридцять вісім тисяч триста вісімдесят чотири гривни 08 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 23 064,01 грн.

У зв’язку зі зміною ТОВ «ЛЕО» вартості технічничних умов на приєднання до електричних мереж, та уточненням фактично виконаних робіт по проектуванню, на підставі п. п. 9.2 та 12.4 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 11 від 18.10.2017 р. Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 11 від 18.10.2017 р.:
1. Вартість робіт за Договором на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 11 від 18.10.2017 р. зменшити на 9 026,04 грн. (дев’ять тисяч двадцять шість гривен 04 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Пункт 2.1 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 11 від 18.10.2017 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«2.1. Загальна вартість робіт за Договором визначається Протоколом узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток № 1), який є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору, та складає – 129 358,04 грн. (сто двадцять дев’ять тисяч триста п’ятдесят вісім гривен 04 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 21559,67 грн.
