Відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони погодились змінити істотні умови договору про закупівлю щодо зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, виклавши п. 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції : «Ціна Договору становить 96662, 77 грн. (Дев'яносто шість тисяч шістсот шістдесят дві гривні 77 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 16110,46 грн. (Шістнадцять тисяч сто десять гривень 46 копійок)»
