На підставі рішення Виконавчого комітету Житомирської міської ради від 02.10.2024 № 1561 «Про застосування та встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію.. її виробництво, транспортування та постачання, послугу з постачання теплової енергії», за даною додатковою угодою Сторони прийшли до згоди та вирішили внести зміни у п. 3.2 договору № 2006Т від 15 січня 2024 року і викласти п.3.2 у наступній редакції: «Тарифи на теплову енергію становлять для другої групи споживачів : 3301,93 гривень за одну Гкал. Без ГІДВ (три тисячі триста одна грн. 93 коп.)
