Покупець повинен повністю сплатити за поставлену партію товару не пізніше 30 календарних днів з дати поставки Товару Постачальником
В зв"язку з орфографічною помилкою внесені зміни до Специфікації в частині ПДВ, викладено в наступній редакції : «В тому числі ПДВ 40 964,26 (Сорок тисяч дев’ятсот шістдесят чотири гривні 26 копійок)»

1.Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору № 131 від 22.07.2022р. в частині строку його дії та викласти п.10.7 в такій редакції:
« п.10.7. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та діє до 21 листопада 2022р., тобто до завершення дії воєнного стану в Україні, оголошеного Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 №64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», а в частині оплати за поставлений товар — до повного виконання сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань»
2. Пункт 10.8 Договору № 131 від 22.07.2022 – виключити.
