Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони вирішили
продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю № 694 від 02.04.2019р. на строк,
достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в
обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в
попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому
порядку, а саме на суму: 48762,5 3грн з ПДВ ( Сорок вiсiм тисяч сiмсот шiстдесят
двi гривнi 53 копiйки )
2. Викласти в новій редакції пункт 1.1. Загальна вартість договору становить:
292575,1 6грн з ПДВ ( Двiстi дев`яносто двi тисячi п`ятсот сiмдесят п`ять гривень 16
копiйок ).
