У зв’язку з виникненням об’єктивних обставин, незалежних від волі Постачальника, які безпосередньо вплинули на ланцюг імпорту та транспортування товару, а саме - систематичними ракетними атаками на портову інфраструктуру України, що призвело до тимчасового обмеження роботи портів, ускладнення вантажно-розвантажувальних операцій та дестабілізації транспортно-логістичної ситуації в країні, Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.3.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Постачальник здійснює поставку товару не пізніше 30.10.2026 року.
