У зв’язку із проведенням закупівлі послуг організації шкільного харчування на 2022 рік та відповідно до пп.1 п.5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли спільної згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі згідно Договору на суму 102 470, 60 грн., та відповідно пункт 2 Додаткової угоди № 4 від 17 січня 2022 року до Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Сторони домовились, що сума цієї угоди становить 132 193,40 грн без ПДВ (сто тридцять дві тисячі сто дев’яносто три гривні 40 коп.), що не перевищує 20% зазначеної у початковому договорі укладеному у 2021 році».
