У зв’язку з прийняттям Національною комісією, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг Постанови №2353 від 09.12.2020 року «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2021» та Постанови НКРЕКП №2370 від 09.12.2020 року «Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії ПРАТ «ДТЕК КИЇВСЬКІ РЕГІЛОНАЛЬНІ ЕЛЕКТРОМЕРЕЖІ», на підставі п.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони погодили змінити умови Договору щодо ціни за одиницю товару, яка визначена у Додатку №2 (Комерційна пропозиція) до Договору.

1. Доповнити пункт 1 Додатку №2 «Комерційна пропозиція» Договору підпунктом 1.1 в наступній редакції:
«1.1) Фінансування Договору, виходячи із загальної вартості 11 327 862,54 грн. (одинадцять мільйонів триста двадцять сім тисяч вісімсот шістдесят дві грн. 54 коп.) з ПДВ, здійснюється:
- за рахунок коштів Державного бюджету України (КПКВК 2708110, КЕКВ 2281, Загального фонду в сумі 7 811 293,00 грн. (сім мільйонів вісімсот одинадцять тисяч двісті дев’яносто три грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ;
- за рахунок коштів Державного бюджету України (КПКВК 2708120, КЕКВ 2281, Загального фонду в сумі 46 170,00 грн. (сорок шість тисяч сто сімдесят грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ;
- за рахунок коштів власного бюджету (коштів отриманих від господарської діяльності) в сумі 3 470 399,54 грн. (три мільйони чотириста сімдесят тисяч триста дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 54 коп.) з ПДВ.»
2. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання Сторонами і діє протягом терміну дії Договору.
