На підставі Постанови КМУ України №1070 від 04.12.2019 р.,згідно з Наказом ДСА України №62 від 02.03.2021 р. розрахунки проводяться шляхом одноразового перерахування попередньої оплати у розмірі 30% вартості залишку річного обсягу (42 455,66) на строк не більше 3-х місяців на поточний рахунок Оператора системи. В разі залишку авансового платежу після закінчення 3-х місяців – залишок коштів повертається на поточний рахунок Споживача.
