Керуючись частиною 1 статті 651, частиною 1 статті 653 та частиною 1 статті 654 Цивільного кодексу України, пунктом 4.1. Договору № 05/12 від 05 грудня 2018 року та додаткової угоди 6 від 26.12.2019 р. за взаємною згодою сторін укладено цю додаткову угоду про наступне: “1. Внести зміни до Договору № 05/12 від 05 грудня 2018 року та додаткової угоди 6 від 26.12.2019 р., а саме: доповнити п. 4.1., додавши п. 4.1.2, згідно фінансових призначень, які є на цей час. 2. Загальна сума фінансування підрядних робіт згідно Додаткової угоди 7 від 31.03.2020 року становить 83 348.40 (вісімдесят три тисячі триста сорок вісім грн. 40 коп), в тому числі ПДВ: 13 891.40 грн. Всі інші умови договору залишаються незмінними.
