Керуючись ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII, п.п.1.3 та 11.2 Договору щодо зменшення обсягів закупівлі залежно від реального фінансування, Сторони зменшили ціну договору та визначили її у розмірі 9513112,09 грн. (дев’ять мільйонів п’ятсот тринадцять тисяч сто дванадцять гривень 09 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 1585518,68 грн. (один мільйон п’ятсот вісімдесят п’ять тисяч п’ятсот вісімнадцять гривень 68 коп.).
