Згідно п. 11.1. Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії № 14904/1 від “06” лютого 2019 р. сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії Договору до «31» січня 2020 р., у відповідності до вимог ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”.
Пункт 5.1. Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії № 14904/1 від 06 лютого 2019 року змінити та викласти в редакції наступного змісту:
«5.1. Cтрок (термін) постачання електричної енергії – до 31 січня 2020 року».
Пункт 10.1. Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії № 14904/1 від 06 лютого 2019 року змінити та викласти в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 31 січня 2020 р., а в частині розрахунків – до їх повного виконання.».
14. Сума договору після внесення змін - 1272624,10 грн. з ПДВ.
15. Кількість товарів або обсяг виконання робіт чи надання послуг після внесення змін - 574502 кВт.год.

(сто дев'яносто дев'ять тисяч п'ятсот гривень 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, у відповідності до вимог ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”.
