Керуючись п. 5 ст. 41 Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», та п. 11.2 Договору, а також згоди Сторін, домовились у зв’язку з збільшення ціни за одиницю товару, зменшити загальну суму Договору на 18,00 грн. (Вісімнадцять гривень 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ - 3,00 грн.
Ціна договору становить 176886,00 грн. (Сто сімдесят шість тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят шість гривень 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ - 29481,00 грн.

Note:
Керуючись п. 5 ст. 41 Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», та п. 11.2 Договору, а також згоди Сторін, уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Сторони домовились у зв’язку з збільшення ціни за одиницю товару, зменшити загальну суму Договору на 13,32 грн. (Тринадцять гривень 32 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ – 2,22 грн.
2. Внести зміни до Договору, викласти пункт 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції :
«3.1. Ціна даного договору становить 176 872,68 грн. (Сто сімдесят шість тисяч вісімсот сімдесят дві гривні 68 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ - 29 478,78 грн.»
Специфікація
1. Молоко - ціна за одиницю з ПДВ 18,72 грн у кількості 690 кг, вартістю 12916,80 грн з ПДВ.
