У зв'язку з допущенням під час укладання Додаткової угоди №11 та № 12 до договору № 306 від 13.02.2018 технічної помилки механічного характеру, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.2.2, 2.3 і п. 4.1. та викласти їх в наступній редакції:
«2.2 Плановий обсяг постачання газу – 723,935787 тис. м3
2.3. Обсяги постачання газу по місяцям
4.1. Ціна газу за цим Договором визначається за 1000 м3 (одну тисячу метрів кубічних) газу та становить – 10199,57 грн., крім того ПДВ - 2039,91 грн., всього з ПДВ - 12239,48 грн. (Дванадцять тисяч двісті тридцять дев’ять гривень 48 копійок).
Загальна вартість Договору становить 9 653 309,91 грн. (Дев’ять мільйонів шістсот п’ятдесят три тисячі триста дев’ять грн. 91 коп.), у т. ч ПДВ – 1608884,99 грн. Сума, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, складає 1 632 695,39 грн. (один мільйон шістсот тридцять дві тисячі шістсот дев’яносто п’ять грн. 39 коп.)».
