Відповідно до статей 631, 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених Постановою НКРЕКП від 14 березня 2018 року № 312 (зі змінами і доповненнями), п. 1, п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 13.8. Договору та у зв’язку із наданням Харківською торгово-промисловою палатою цінової довідки від 15.08.2022 року № 516/22 Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди, що ціна за одиницю електричної енергії без урахування ПДВ становить 3,365640 грн за кВт/год; з урахуванням ПДВ становить 4,038768 грн за кВт/год та внесли відповідні зміни у Договір.
