«Сторони», керуючись п.4 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи лист Підрядника №88 від 30.11.2021 року, уклали дану додаткову угоду № 2 до договору № 124/21 від «22» вересня 2021 року (далі – Договір) про наступне:
1. Пункт 5.1 викласти в новій редакції:
«5.1. Підрядник зобов’язаний розпочати роботи за Договором протягом 3 (трьох) днів з моменту отримання від Замовника документів передбачених п.6.1.1.та п.6.1.2Договору, і завершити виконання робіт до 20.12.2021. Виконання робіт за Договором здійснюється із дотриманням графіку виконання робіт (Додаток №4). Датою закінчення робіт вважається дата їх прийняття Замовником. Виконання робіт може бути здійснено достроково.»
2. Додаток №4 до Договору викласти в новій редакції (додається).
