У зв'язку із коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку відповідно до пункту З7 Розділу X Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 19 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 року № 1178 та пункту 12.3. Договору та на підставі цінової довідки ТПП№ 19-09/1321 від 30.11.2023 р. Сторони домовились, що:
- ціна за одиницю товару - за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії за цим Договором складає 6,230136 грн.
- ціна цього Договору становить з ПДВ - 64 690,00 грн.
- очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період з моменту укладення договору по 31 грудня 2023 року (включно) становить 10 486 кВт*год.

У зв’язку із коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди зменшити вартість послуг з постачання електричної енергії на 2023 рік на 1 665 грн. 57 кой. (Одна тисяча шістсот шістдесят п’ять грн. 57 кой.). Ціна цього договору становить 52 520,36 грн. (П’ятдесят дві 'тисячі п’ятсот двадцять гривень 36 копійок, крім того ПДВ ~ 10 504,07 грн. (Десять тисяч п’ятсот чотири гривні 07 копійок), всього з ПДВ - 63 024 грн. 43 коп. (Шістдесят три тисячі двадцять чотири гривні 43 копійки). Обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії: 9 619 кВт/год.
