На період проведення процедури закупівлі на 2022 р. відповідно до Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.10.2 Договору, Сторони домовились збільшити загальну суму Договору на 20% (двадцять відсотків) від суми Договору, що складає: 483 250,00 грн. (чотириста вісімдесят три тисячі двісті п’ятдесят гривень 00 копійок), крім того ПДВ 20%: 96 650,00 грн. (дев’яносто шість тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят гривень 00 копійок), всього з ПДВ: 579 900,00 грн. (п’ятсот сімдесят дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот гривень 00 копійок), у зв'язку з чим п. 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
Ціна цього Договору становить: 2 899 500,00 грн. (два мільйони вісімсот дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот гривень 00 копійок), крім того ПДВ 20%: 579 900,00 грн.
