Для виконання висновку моніторингу Державної аудиторської служби (ID моніторингу: UA-M-2025-09-29-000030) Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору здійснення перерахунку договірної ціни із застосуванням діючої норми тривалості робочого часу; приведення умов Договору до вимог пункту 17, пункту 103 Загальних умов та частини першої статті 884 Цивільного кодексу України а саме:
1. Внести зміни до пункту 3.2 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.2. Ціна Договору є твердою та становить 2 454 367,15 грн (два мільйона чотириста п`ятдесят чотири тисячі триста шістдесят сім гривень 15 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 409 061,19 грн. (чотириста дев’ять тисяч шістдесят одна гривня 19 коп.).»
2. Внести зміни ро пункту 2.3 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«2.3. Підрядник гарантує якість Робіт та їх відповідність умовам цього Договору протягом 10 років з моменту підписання Сторонами цього Договору, а на матеріали, конструкції, устаткування та обладнання, що застосовуються/використовуються за цим Договором - згідно з строків, визначених виробниками цих матеріалів, конструкцій, устаткування та обладнання, але у будь-якому випадку не менше 3 років з дати (дня) підписання Сторонами Актів за цим Договором»
3. Внести зміни до Додатку 1 та викласти його в новій редакції.
4. Внести зміни до Додатку 2 та викласти його в новій редакції.
5. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
