Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та пунктом 11.1 Договору від 01.07.2022 № 135, сторони за взаємною згодою домовились продовжити строк дії Договору до 31.01.2023 (строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку 2023 року) в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни Договору. Ціна Договору буде змінена окремою додатковою угодою після затвердження видатків Замовника в установленому законодавством порядку.

Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі" та пунктом 11.1 Договору від 01.07.2022 № 135, сторони уклали ДУ про таке: вартість послуг за договором на період з 01.01.2023 по 31.01.2023 становить 947,60грн без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків вартості, визначеної у пункті 3.1 договору.
