Керуючись ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також згідно з частиною 1 статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України, відповідно до якої будь-які бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення, якщо інше не передбачено законом про Державний бюджет України, Сторони погодились доповнити п.3.1. розділу ІІІ. «Ціна договору» Договору текстом такого змісту: «Ціна цього договору з 01.01.2019 по 31.03.2019 року не перевищує 20% загальної суми договору за 2018 рік та становить 170 085,12 грн. (сто сімдесят тисяч вісімдесят п’ять грн. 12 коп.) Загальна ціна договору становить 1 025 923,40 грн. (один мільйон двадцять п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять три грн. 40 коп.)»
