вилучено з договору : п.п.11.7. Замовник при наявності бюджетних коштів перераховує Генпідряднику аванс на придбання матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів у розмірі не більше 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт за цим Договором згідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001р. №1764 «Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва» (зі змінами).
11.8. Використаний аванс погашається на підставі акта виконаних робіт по формі №КБ-2в, підписаного уповноваженими представниками Сторін.
11.9. Генпідрядник зобов’язується згідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України №1764 від 27.12.2001р. використати одержаний аванс на придбання матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів протягом трьох місяців після одержання авансу.
По закінченні зазначеного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику з нарахуванням річної відсоткової плати на рівні облікової ставки НБУ із застосуванням коефіцієнта 1.2 за кожний день прострочення.
11.10. Замовник має право контролювати використання наданих Генпідряднику сум авансу.
