Сторони дійшли згоди щодо внесення змін до Договору №394, укладеного 17.07.2019 між Залізничною районною адміністрацією та ТзОВ «Вельт Капітал», а саме:
1. Пункт 2.2.1 розділу ІІ «Ціна Договору» викласти у новій редакції:
2.2.1. Збільшити ціну робіт за договором, що підлягає виконанню у 2019 році на 2060000,00 грн., і яка становить: 4000000,00 грн. (чотири мільйони грн. 00 коп.), (в т.ч. ПДВ).
2. 2.2.2. Які підлягатимуть виконанню у наступному бюджетному періоді (2020р.) становитиме 00 грн. (нуль грн. 00 коп.).
