У зв’язку із зниженням роздрібних цін на паливо рідинне на ринку, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додатку № 1 «Специфікація» до Договору, зменшивши ціну товарів, без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, а саме: Бензин А-92: з 26,90 грн. за 1л. (з ПДВ) – до 25,90 грн. за 1 літр (з ПДВ); Дизельне паливо : 27,90 грн. за 1 л (з ПДВ) – до 25,90 грн. за 1 літр (з ПДВ). Сторони домовилися зменшити ціну за одиницю товару, без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості Товару, та, відповідно, викласти Додаток № 1 «Специфікація» до Договору у наступній редакції (окремо прикріплюється до повідомлення)Викласти п.3.1. Договору у наступній редакції: « 3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 479 712 грн. 70 к. (чотириста сімдесят дев’ять тисяч сімсот дванадцять грн. 70 к.). В тому числі ПДВ: 79 952 грн. 12 к.).» Інші умови Договору №138 від 18 березня 2019 року не змінені даною Додатковою Угодою, залишаються чинними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. (13. Номер додаткової угоди.6; 14. Сума договору після внесення змін. 479 712 грн. 70 к. 15. Кількість товарів або обсяг виконання робіт чи надання послуг після внесення змін. у прикріплено додатку до повідомлення
