На підставі ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VІІI «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовились, що загальна вартість товару за даною додатковою угодою, згідно з затвердженими на цю мету видатками, становить 31205,00 грн. ( Тридцять одна тисяча двісті пять грн. 00 копійок з ПДВ), що не перевищує 20 відсотків від фактично спожитої суми, визначеної у договорі укладеному в попередньому році, в асортименті та кількості зазначеними у Додатку 1 – Специфікація.
