1.2. Учасник зобов'язується у 2017 році та у термін достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, поставити Замовникові товари(послуги), зазначені в п.1.3. Договору, а Замовник - прийняти і оплатити їх вартість в повному обсязі та здійснити інші платежі у терміни згідно з умовами Договору та чинного законодавства.
1.2. Пункт 5.1 викласти у наступній редакції:
5.1. Строк поставки (передачі) товарів(послуг): до завершення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році.
1.3.Пункт 10.1 викласти у наступній редакції:
10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до завершення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році.
