07.12.2021 року при внесенні змін до Договору № 000259(2021) до закупівлі за ідентифікатором UA-2021-01-22-002703-b по коду ЄЗС ДК 021:2015: 09120000-6 Газове паливо було помилково завантажено додаткову угоду № 2, про зміну реквізитів ГРМ, що відображено у звіті про внесення змін до договору про закупівлю за ідентифікатором UA-2021-01-22-002703-b. Враховуючи вищевикладене, ВИРІШИЛА: 1. Виправити помилку, та вважати звіт про внесення змін до договору про закупівлю за ідентифікатором UA-2021-01-22-002703-b недійсним, та “зміни реквізитів оператора ГРМ” вважати такими, що не змінилися.

1. Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовились внести зміни у п.3.1. розділу ІІІ «Ціна договору» Договору в частині загальної вартості Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції: «3.1. Загальна вартість даного Договору складається із суми вартостей природного газу, переданого у власність Споживачу протягом строку дії Договору і становить 17 870 грн. 02 коп. (Сімнадцять тисяч вісімсот сімдесят грн., 02 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 2 978 грн. 34 коп. (Дві тисячі дев’ятсот сімдесят вісім грн., 34 коп. ). 2. Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовилися зменшити суму за Договором на 27 742 грн. 80 коп. (Двадцять сім тисяч сімсот сорок дві грн., 80 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 4 623,80 грн.
