Кількість послуг після внесення змін: не змінилось.

На підставі пп.1, 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи умови п. 9.9 та пп.1,3) п.9.15 даного Договору, згідно з об’єктивним обставинами, що спричинили продовження строку виконання зобов’язань за Договором, а саме неможливість отримання Замовником послуг у повному обсязі, відповідно до статті 64 Конституції України, статті 121 Закону України «Про правовий режим воєнного стану”, Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64 “Про введення воєнного стану в Україні”, у зв’язку з обставинами, що не залежать від Замовника, що виникли внаслідок дії непереборної сили
