Керуючись ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію Договору № 02-Т від 04.01.2021 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, а саме до 31.03.2022 р. 1. Укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії Договору № 02-Т від 04.01.2021 року (далі – «Договір») на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2022 рік. 2. Загальна вартість товару, що буде закуповуватися в період з 01 січня по 31 березня 2022 року включно, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами та не може перевищувати 20% ціни Договору № 02-Т від 04.01.2021 року (зі змінами).

Сторони уклали дану додаткову угоду до Договору № 02-Т від 04.01.2021 року (надалі – «Договір») на виконання п. 6 ст.41 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі» про наступне: 1. Ціна додаткової угоди складає: 354 323,00 грн. з ПДВ (триста п’ятдесят чотири тисячі триста двадцять три грн. 00 коп.), що становить 20% від ціни Договору, без ПДВ. 2. Загальна сума договору 2 125 943,00 грн. (два мільйони сто двадцять п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот сорок три грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ.
