У зв’язку з технічною помилкою при завантаженні в ProZorro Договору №56904 від 14.01.2022 р. з додатками, Сторони дійшли до спільної згоди внести пропущену інформацію, а саме: повне найменування Споживача (початкова школа «Малюк» Львівської міської ради») в Додатках 1, 3; розрахунковий рахунок Споживача та МФО банку в розділі 17 Основного договору; договірні обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії по місяцях 2022 р. в Додатку 2 до Основного договору та завантажити в ProZorro Договір №56904 від 14.01.2022 р. з додатками усунувши технічні помилки згідно п.3 ч.5 ст.41 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю та внесення змін до нього» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», не змінюючи істотних умов договору
