З урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони домовилися зменшити суму Договору на 0,24 грн. (нуль гривень 24 копійки), в т.ч. ПДВ 0,04 грн. та внести зміни до Договору та викласти п. 5.2 Договору в редакції, що додається:
1.1. Пункт 5.2. до Договору: «Загальна вартість Договору становить 50 366,17 грн., крім того ПДВ – 10 073,24 грн., всього з ПДВ – 60 439,41 грн. (шістдесят тисяч чотириста тридцять дев’ять гривень 41 копійка).
