Відповідно до частини шостої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пункту 7.1 Розділу 7 Договору про публічну закупівлю послуг від 30 січня 2020 року No У- 297/20 (далі - Договір) для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, та внести відповідні зміни до Договору. При цьому сума зобов’язань на 2021 рік по цій Додатковій угоді становить 38594,00 грн. (тридцять вісім тисяч п`ятсот дев`яносто чотири грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ - 20% - 6432,33 грн. (шість тисяч чотириста тридцять дві грн. 33 коп.).

1. Відповідно до статті 41 п. 6 Закону України від 25.12.2015 р. No 922-УІІІ «Про публічні закупівлі» для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. 3.1. Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції: «2.1 Загальна вартість послуг за цим Договором складає 403 322,00 грн. (чотириста три тисячі триста двадцять дві гривні 00 копійок , враховуючи ПДВ - 67 220,33 грн. (шістдесят,сім тисяч двісті двадцять гривень 33 копійок)».
