Сторони прийшли згоди змінити Договір №ВІ–102900/1 від 11.02.2021 року про постачання електричної енергії споживачу, виклавши його в такій редакції:
1. Відповідно до ч. 6 статті 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони у 2021р. дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору у 2022 році на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього договору, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, в зв’язку з чим внести наступні зміни і доповнення до Договору.
1.1. п.13.10 «Строк дії договору та інші умови»
«Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками (за наявності) Сторін і діє в частині постачання електричної енергії до 02.02.2022р., а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення.»
