Відповідно до ст.ст. 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, п.8 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про Публічні Закупівлі», Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди збільшити суму Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, а саме на 244 000 грн.00 коп. (двісті сорок чотири тисячі грн.. 00 коп.),в тому числі ПДВ 40 666,67грн., у зв"язку з чим внести наступні зміни до Договору:.
1.1. Перше речення п. 6.2. Договору, викласти у наступній редакції:
“Вартість теплової енергії, що постачається Споживачу протягом року становить 1356558,32 грн (один мільйон триста п'ятдесят шість тисяч п'ятсот п'ятдесят вісім гривень 32 копійок), у т.ч. ПДВ – 226093,05 грн (двісті двадцять шість тисяч дев'яносто три гривні 05 копійок)”.
