Improvement of the quality of the subject of procurement provided that such improvement will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract

Note:
1. У зв'язку зі зміною ціни на централізоване водопостачання Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни у розділ Тарифи на послуги та їх загальна вартість , а саме до п. 4.1., виклавши його новій редакції: 4.1. Плата на надані послуги водопостачання проводиться згідно діючих тарифів, затверджених уповноваженими органами , а саме централізоване водопостачання холодної води 25,24 грн. за 1 куб. метр з ПДВ, згідно рішення Козівської селищної ради №82 від 20 квітня 2023 року. 2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання. 3. Ця Додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання. 4. Ця Додаткова угода укладена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі Сторін.

Note:
1. Сума договору збільшується на 270,75 грн. (Двісті сімдесят грн. 75 коп.), в зв'язку із закінченням бюджетного 2023 року. 2. Сума Договору становить 2402,75 грн..(Дві тисячі чотириста дві грн. 75 коп.). Інші умови договору залишити без змін. Додаткову угоду складено у двох примірниках що мають однакову юридичну силу по одному примірнику для кожної із сторін.
