На підставі повідомлення Постачальника вих. №675 від 25.08.2021 року (копія додається) про розірвання Договору на постачання природного газу №167 (21) від 04.01.2021 року, у зв`язку з неможливістю виконання своїх зобов’язань Постачальником на умовах, передбачених Договором, внаслідок значного зростання ціни на природний газ на ринку, за ініціативою Постачальника, Сторони домовилися розірвати з 01.09.2021 року Договір на постачання природного газу. Об'єм закупівлі природного газу – за договором склав 37076,65, сума договору – 318542,90 грн.
