Відповідно до п.6 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони погодили продовжити дію договору на строк, до 28.02.2022 року , достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми договору , а в порядку розрахунку - до 31.03.2022 року.
